ONE WEATHER PICTURE. SIX DELIVERY PATHS.
Six Data-Delivery Channels
Weather on Radio
Real-time weather broadcast on VHF/UHF radio frequency. Pilots receive conditions on their radio during approach. Range ~10 km / 25 NM.*
Weather over Data Link
Weather parameters encoded and transmitted via an aviation data link. Aircraft decode automatically during approach — no pilot action required.
Local Audible Weather
Automated voice weather broadcast at the helipad — functions like a local ATIS: wind, QNH, visibility, temperature and current conditions.
Remote Weather Display
Dedicated display at the operations office with real-time data, trend graphs, alerts and historical logging.
Weather Alerts
Automated weather summaries and alerts via SMS to any mobile phone — no internet or smartphone required.
Network / Cloud
Data pushed via 4G/LTE or internet to a central server. Multi-site monitoring with secure backhaul and store-and-forward.
*Depends on antenna, terrain and installation. Communication interfaces, coverage and delivery methods are confirmed for each project and applicable approvals.
Illustrative. Graphic shows the standalone system and its delivery paths in principle. Final configuration is confirmed per project and applicable approvals.
